The Mirage Loop is an oval wall mirror with a softly flexible frame. The colored mirror glass is just as much a decorative object as a functional mirror. In collaboration with Dutch design studio CABOOR, we turned an everyday item into a colored design object that makes you smile a little every day. The colored mirror glass gives your reflection a subtle tint. The frame is made of polyurethane, a material that gives a little when you touch it and so lends the mirror a soft, friendly character. Glass and frame are done in the same color, so together they form one whole. At the bottom on the front of the mirror you'll find a subtle Fatboy logo. And turn it around? Then you discover a hidden message. Hang or place it in the hallway, above the dresser, in the nursery, or anywhere your wall could use a pick-me-up. And because the light changes throughout the day, the colored glass subtly shifts in tone: a little different in the morning than in the evening.
